Privacy Policy

How the studio handles your photos, account data, cookies and browser storage.

Who handles your data

AI Clothes Changer is operated by Zhang Yu, an individual based in China. This policy explains how the studio handles your personal data. For privacy questions or requests, visit Contact & Support.

Photo selections

Selecting photos previews them locally. After you accept the photo-processing notice and request an AI edit, both photos and instructions are sent to official OpenAI for safety checking and, after approval, to Yir for image generation using GPT Image 2.5 Precise. Photos are resized and metadata is removed before AI processing. Generated images are sent to OpenAI for safety checking before display or download. No photo is added to a public gallery.

Before you start an edit, photos and instructions stay in this tab's memory. Starting an edit saves your instructions, references to the uploaded files and task status with your account for recovery. Reset clears the interface; it does not delete files held by our AI providers, delete saved tasks or cancel a running edit.

Manual editing and sample photos

The manual recolor tool processes your photo in this tab and creates a PNG download locally. Neither the selection mask nor the edited photo is sent to a server or kept after refresh. Guide search runs locally and does not send photos or instructions.

The sample person and outfit images are licensed stock photographs. Selecting one loads that image as an input reference. It is not a generated output.

Accounts

Selecting photos and manual recoloring do not require an account. AI generation requires a signed-in session. Registration stores your name, email, password hash and account/session records. Account security records may include your IP address and browser information.

To limit trial abuse, saved tasks include a hash derived from your connection's IP address, rather than the raw address. Account security records may separately contain your IP address as described above. Successful trial usage is linked to your account, so signing out or clearing browser storage does not reset it.

The studio uses cookies and browser storage for the following purposes:

  • Authentication cookies: first-party cookies support your signed-in session and account security. They are needed for account features.
  • Language cookie: a preference cookie remembers your chosen language.
  • Optional dashboard preferences: cookies or local storage may remember appearance and sidebar settings when those options are available. These preferences are optional.
  • Task recovery: tab storage (sessionStorage) remembers a saved edit's task identifier so you can recover the task after a refresh. It does not store photos or instructions.
  • Analytics cookies: if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and use of the site.
  • Cookie choice: the first-party cookie_consent cookie remembers acceptance or rejection for up to one year. Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site visits, page views and interactions. Google may receive page URLs, referral information, browser and device information, and measurement identifiers. We do not add photos, outfit instructions, account names or email addresses to analytics events. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled in our Google tag configuration.

Google Analytics runs with Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied until you accept optional cookies. Before acceptance or after rejection, Google can receive limited cookieless measurement and consent signals. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the studio. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

No advertising service is enabled. Cloudflare separately provides website performance and basic usage measurements through its browser beacon. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics information for details. The application does not create custom marketing campaign or referral cookies. Legacy application cookies named utm_* and first_referrer are cleared; Google Analytics can still measure referral and campaign information when it is present in a page URL.

Use your browser's privacy or site-data settings to block or delete cookies and clear local or session storage. Blocking authentication cookies can prevent account access. Clearing preference storage resets saved settings; clearing tab storage may remove automatic task recovery in that tab. For questions about cookies or storage, visit Contact & Support.

Retention and your requests

Accounts and saved task records remain until the operator deletes them; no automatic deletion schedule is currently implemented. We do not collect payment-card data in this preview because purchases are closed.

Request access, correction or deletion through Contact & Support. We verify account ownership before acting. Clearing browser storage does not delete your account, saved tasks or files held by our AI providers.

AI processing and temporary files

Cloudflare hosts the application and stores account and saved task records. Official OpenAI receives your input photos, instructions and generated images for safety checking. Inputs must pass these checks before reaching Yir, and generated images must pass before release. If checking is unavailable, the affected step does not proceed.

Saved tasks include a digital fingerprint of the generated image, the version of the safety check and its result. We do not publish safety-check responses or a photo gallery. Automated checks cannot verify consent and may miss or incorrectly block content.

Yir sends approved edits to model providers and temporarily stores reference files and generated results. Input files expire on the provider's schedule; result links are temporary, so save your image while it is available. We do not promise immediate deletion from providers' systems. Review Yir's processing terms before uploading sensitive images.

Cloudflare, OpenAI, Yir and the selected image model provider may process data outside your country. Their published policies cover their processing, including retention and any use for training. We make no promise beyond those published policies.
